LZ Mobile Service LLC — Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LZ Mobile Service LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by LZ Mobile Service LLC and your use of our website, mobile service, and related offerings.

By scheduling or receiving service from LZ Mobile Service LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

LZ Mobile Service LLC provides on-site automotive maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to oil changes, diagnostics, battery replacement, brake services, and general vehicle maintenance.
All services are performed at the customer’s designated location, provided the site is safe, legal, and accessible.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to hold all appointments.

  • When booking, customers select a 4-hour service time window.

    • Customers may contact us directly via phone or email if a more specific time is preferred.

    • If no preferred time is requested, customers will receive a 2-hour time block notification via email or phone the day before the appointment.

    • On the day of service, customers will receive a text or email when the technician is on the way, approximately 20–30 minutes before arrival.

  • The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and available for service within 15 minutes of the technician’s arrival.

    • If we cannot access the vehicle or reach the customer within 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed, and the full service fee will be charged before the technician leaves the site.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unsafe working conditions, weather, or parts availability.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are provided at the time of booking or after vehicle inspection.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, and Zelle.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Failure to pay for completed services may result in late fees and/or collection actions.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure your vehicle is parked on a safe, level surface with adequate space for the technician to work.

  • Provide access to your vehicle keys and, if applicable, the vehicle’s locking wheel nut key.

  • Remove personal belongings or valuables from the vehicle. LZ Mobile Service LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • All parts installed by LZ Mobile Service LLC are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for that specific part.

  • Warranty claims must be made in writing and are subject to inspection by LZ Mobile Service LLC.

  • LZ Mobile Service LLC is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damage, or failures unrelated to the services provided.

  • Under no circumstances shall LZ Mobile Service LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments (see Section 2) may be subject to a full service call charge.

  • Refunds are issued only for services not performed or for verified warranty claims.

7. Safety and Environment

Technicians reserve the right to decline service if the environment is unsafe, the vehicle is in a hazardous location, or the requested work violates safety or environmental laws.

8. Data and Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service updates, appointment confirmations, and promotional communications from LZ Mobile Service LLC. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LZ Mobile Service LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
